About Regional Directorate

This office is one of the oldest Regional Directorates of Workers Education Scheme in India since inception of DTNBWED in 1958. At present it implements the Workers Education Scheme in National Capital territory of Delhi which comprises of 10 Districts, 6 Rural Blocks covering about 250 villages. Our 70% of the training programmes are meant for the work force under Rural & Unorganized Sector spread throughout the city. The training programmes for the work force of the Organized Sector are also being conducted regularly in Reputed Organizations like IOC, RBI, Northern Rly, Defence Units, DMS, DTC, CWC, FCI, Mother Dairy, Britania, NDPL, BSES etc. Our training programmes varies from 1 day to 45 Days durations and are very much popular among all categories of employees like senior management, middle managements, supervisors, trade unions leaders and workers in general.

The Total area covered by this Regional Directorate across the NCT of Delhi is 1484 Sq. Kms. which is divided into 10 districts namely North, North west, West, South West, South, New Delhi, South East, East, North East and Central District.
