About Regional Directorate

DTNBWED Faridabad centre established in 5th November 1973 in prominent industrial area of Haryana NCR region. Haryana is a state located in the northern part of the country and has New Delhi as its neighbor along with Punjab and Rajasthan. Chandigarh is the capital of Haryana. Haryana has often been criticized for its low sex ratio i.e. 879 for each 1000 male. The population of Haryana according to the 2011 census stands 25 million. The state spread over an area about 44000 sq. km. The language spoken in the Haryana states include Hindi and Haryanavi. In total Haryana state comprises 21 district.The famous industrial town like IMT manesar is situated in Gurgaon district. Many MNCs headquarter situated in Gurgaon. In Haryana there is no tribal population found. Cropping pattern based on Wheat, sugarcane, rice and jwar etc.
