NOTICE FOR UPLAODING IN WEBSITE

This is for the information of all concerned that the Department of Expenditure (DoE), Ministry of Finance has communicated its agreement to implement the judgment of the Hon'ble CAT, Kolkata Bench, dated 27.09.2007 in O.A.No.566/2007.

The implementation is subject to a specific condition from the Department of Expenditure, that the benefits will be extended only to the applicants, i.e., "Members of the Association as on the date on which OA No.566/2007 was filed before CAT, Kolkata Bench"

In order to identify the eligible officers, the CBWE Officers Association has been requested to furnish the following details and documents on a priority basis on or before 14.10.2025:

  1. List of members of the Union as on filing of OA.566/2007 (May,2007) supported with the original Register/Documents for verification of the month-year May, 2007 and also Individual Member wise details of Subscription received from the members of CBWE Officers Association (trade Union) received during the year 2006-2007 and 2007-2008, dully tallied with the audited accounts filed with the Registrar of Trade Union.

 

  1. Copies of audited accounts, receipts and expenditure statement and balance sheet filed by the CBWE Officers Association (Trade Union) having its registered address at S.S.Bhawan, 4th Floor, L.B.Sastri Marg, Kurla (west), Mumbai with the Registrar of Trade Union in the prescribed format, for the year 2006-2007 to 2007-2008 along-with the Copies of returns filed by CBWE Officer Association (Trade Union) for the year 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 with the Registrar of Trade Union.

 

  1. Month wise copies of the Bank Statement of CBWE Officers Association (Trade Union), for the period 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 which depicts the transfer of subscription amount received by the department through Check-off system.
