About Regional Directorate |
Gwalior Regional Directorate was established on 18.05.1991 and since then it is doing well in the field of Organized, Unorganized and Rural sector. Gwalior is a historical and major city in Madhya Pradesh and well connected with road, rail and air. Gwalior is an administrative Head Quarter of Gwalior District and Gwalior Division. This Regional Directorate comprises of Gwalior and Chambal Division. Most of the area under Regional Directorate is unorganized and rural. The District Guna is having NFL and GAIL (PSUs). Our activities are very much spread in all the 12 Districts. There is also a vast scope in unorganized and rural sector including SC/ST population. We have two major industrial belt namely Malanpur and Banmore. Few Multinational and other big industries are located there. We are getting very good support from the organizations and Workers Education is very much in demand in this area. |
