Strategies of the Tribal Sub Plan for the Tribal population (STs) were introduced for channelising to these categories of people their due share of plan benefits and outlays. The strategies of Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) envisage to channelise the flow of outlays and benefits from all the sectors of development in the Annual Plans of States/UTs and Central Ministries at least in proportion to their population both in physical and financial terms. The per the mandate of the DTNBWED. it conducts Special Programme for TSP of 02 days duration in which only the workers form SC category are involved. Various subjects related such as Constitution of India, Fundamental Rights, Importance of Education, Importance of Organization, Health & Hygiene, Safety, Income generating activities, Women Empowerment etc. are discussed in these programmes. The participants are also made aware about various welfare schemes of Central/State Governments.
Total 40 participants form ST category (male/female) between the age group of 18-45 years can be accomodated in one programme. Every particiapnt who attends the programme for both the days is paid and amount of Rs. 200/- per day as an boarding and per-diam allowance through Direct Debit Transfer to their respective Aadhar linked accounts.
